Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day

Salary: $21.14 Hourly, for 37.50 Hours per week

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of College/CEGEP/ Vocational or technical training

Credentials : Not required

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Languages: Speak, Read and Write English


Specific Skills:
Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors operations on sales, Implement price and credits policies, Balance daily transactions, Develop and implement marketing strategies, Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Determine staffing requirements, Recruit and train staff, Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise, Customer service oriented
