Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience
• Completion of secondary
Job Duties:
• Plan and develop menu
• Prepare and cook dishes and meals
• Manage stocks and record inventory
• Assure and maintain quality and safety of dishes served
• Keep the premise clean
• Train other kitchen staff and report the process
• Monitor overall running of the kitchen
